Q1 – What type of processing is available ?

We handle overall metal processing but mostly handle machining and mechanical engraving. Machining (This means various processes like turing process, machining process, key groove machining, mold manufacturing, and Milling.)
We handle special processing at many partner factories with the process being performed purely within Japan. Please consult us freely.
Example
・Examples of special processing・Surface treatment (plating, anodized aluminum, blackening,
raydent)
・Fusing, welding (Argon, brazing)
・Polishing (Buff, chemical, precision grinding, cylindrical, aerolap, flat surface, etc.)
・Spark erosion (die sinking machining, wire spark erosion, etc.)
・Laser processing (laser cut, laser engraving, etc.)
・Coatings (electromagnetic shielding coatings, UV, lubrication, rubber coatings, bake coatings, etc.)
・Extrusion, press processing, sheet metal working, etc.

Q2 – What kind of material is good at the processing ?

We handle common metals like iron, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, in addition to resin and bakelites. For details, please refer to processable goods.

Q3 - What is the processable size?

In our factory, we mainly process middle sized parts.
The maximum size of plates will be 500 mmX1000 mm.
For round shaped, it will be φ400 mm.※When including our partner factories, parts with larger sizes can be processable.

Q4 - Can we ask test processing of only one single product ?

Definitely.
We handle trial manufacture of miscellaneous brand name goods, display utensils, and parts of car engines. Please consult us freely.

Q5 - Can mass production be performed after the trial ?

It is possible. We will perform mass production in cooperation with our pure domestic partner company. For mass production, we need to keep close contact to begin construction, observe progress, and deliver the final product.

Q6 - Can we consult for development of new products ?

We are putting much effort on making ideas of manufacturers, designers, and individuals into shape. Please consult us from idea plans.
Our product section staffs and well experienced craftsman will hear your ideas.

Q7 - Can products be processed under oversea standards(inch standards) ?

It is possible. Other than the inch standards from US, we handle special meter standards from EU and unified standards.
We can handle screw processing outside of ISO standards, so please consult us freely.

Q8 - Can we ask for processing from outside of Japan ?

It is possible but will depend on the product.
We can handle in our pure domestic production capabilities from trials to mass productions of metal processing and idea products. For customers out of Japan thinking of our process, please contact us through the question form in Japanese or English.

Q9 - Is production of a part in hand (no drawings) possible ?

If the actual product is in hand, it is possible.
In addition, we can make 3D data, drawings, and CAM data for processing.

Q10 - In addition to metal processing, can we ask for plating and coatings ?

It is possible. In addition to basic surface treatments, we have partner factories who can perform special surface treatments so we will deliver the product or parts processed up to the final surface treatment.

Q11 - Can we have a tour of the factory ?

You can by contacting us in advance and make a reservation.
Observation of our partner factories are also possible by contacting us in advance.
